Peach jelly

In this heat time is perfectly to eat cold jelly, watch cartoon " Ice age"  and dream of winter.

Serves 2 

1 peach
1 glass of peach juice
1 glass of cold water
20 grams of gelatin  

Soak gelatin in water 40 minutes . Add juice, stir and bring to a boil on the stove, slightly cool .Peach cut into small pieces,  break to the glasses, pour growing cold gelatin. Put in refrigerator until solidification.
