apple charlotte

Receipt :
4 small apples are peeled, cored, cut into slices.
For the dough: 3 eggs, half cup sugar, 1 cup flour - stir until smooth.
The baking pan greased with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
At the bottom lay the apples, pour in dough.
Bake until cooked.
